"They should have installed seat belts in the theater...it’s a veritable roller coaster. It’s not often that a production leaves us truly gobsmacked...If one can only catch one dramatic show this month then this one just may be it." -- Jim Donick, Northern Dutchess News
"A must-see...Tangent has created a play not-to-be-missed, in a compact, fast-moving and engaging fashion. This is cutting-edge theatre at its best." -- Ralph Hall, The Observer

The Vandal is a story of lost souls whose lives intersect one cold night in
Kingston, New York.
Playwright Hamish Linklater is probably best known for his acting credentials, having appeared on stage in "Seminar" (Broadway), in numerous off-Broadway plays and in a range of Shakespeare productions; television audiences have seen him on such shows as HBO’s "The Newsroom," CBS’ "The Crazy Ones" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine," to name a few.
This is his first play.
